And another birthday celebration at CWC! This is a pumpkin flavored cake with pumpkin flavored buttercream. The business sign and truck number were handmade with melted white chocolate. The truck's design was made to look like the picture of the "birthday boy's" actual truck. I've known M&A Freight for years now since my dispatching days at Carpenter. Merry Christmas everyone! In the midst of enjoying the holiday, CWC was also working. But I love what I do so is it really "work"? haha. I had this beautiful heart shaped birthday cake go out over the holiday. This is a 6inch heart made in a vanilla flavor with pink vanilla buttercream. Not only was the cake completely covered in edible glitter, but it also held another little surprise. This was a glitter blow cake. On the top of the cake was a gorgeous crown for the birthday girl to wear and the top of the cake was covered with edible pink glitter so when the candle was blown out, poof! A glittery celebration for all! (Glitter wasnt added until after transporting the cake) Happy Birthday!
The last batch of Christmas cookies to go out were a little different then my standard sugar cookies. These cute little pink stockings and Christmas trees were decorated with CWC's signature buttercream instead of my popular royal icing. Creamy buttercream on a sweet buttery sugar cookie equals the best of both worlds.

More holiday cookies went out today to the truck shop gang at Carpenter Company. These are the guys that keep our boys rolling safely every single day. So of course I had to include some tool shaped sugar cookies for them, along with some traditional Christmas cookie shapes: trees, snowflakes, stockings, and stars. And to round off the sweetness, I also included my chewy gooey chocolate chip cookies. Merry Christmas guys!
Tis the week for Christmas cookie orders! And busy it shall be. Starting with the perfect cookies for the coffee lovers on your Christmas list. These coffee cup sugar cookies went out accompanied by traditional Christmas style cookies, my large gooey chocolate chip cookies, and some Starbucks gift cards.
The Paw Patrol crew was in the cafe today! This is an 8" round, three layer high, strawberry cake. Layered throughout the inside and outside with a strawberry creme buttercream that tastes like cotton candy. Decorated with some sparkling prism glitter and paw patrol characters that the birthday girl can play with long after the cake is gone. Happy 4th Birthday, Violet!
And accompanying the pink castle cake, of course, were a couple of princesses. Elsa and Belle in cupcake form. These cupcakes were also a french vanilla and topped with vanilla buttercream and cafe-made toppers.
A pretty in pink princess castle was the star of the show today at CWC! The center section of this cake is a 6" round french vanilla cake with layers of pink vanilla buttercream. All of the towers are also made of vanilla cake. The outside of the entire cake is decorated in a stone brick pattern of vanilla fondant. The golden tops on the towers are made from ice cream sugar cones, and blinged up with some edible luster dust and glitter. Happy 4th Birthday Josie!

An animal print theme was the name of the game at CWC with these delicious French Vanilla and Triple Chocolate cupcakes. With cheetah prints in pink and orange, zebra stripes and giraffe spots, they were the perfect addition to this birthday party theme.
Kpop Demon Hunters were in the Cafe this weekend! These chocolate and vanilla cupcakes were decorated in bright Huntrix colored buttercream with golden candy pearls and edible gold glitter.
