Cake Walk Cafe has a new look! Well, the delivery vehicle does anyway. 😁 Had to brighten up my game a little bit with some new signage, since my original ones have seen better days. I now finally have a back window decal too - thanks to all of you who have suggested it! So keep an eye out for CWC on the road making a delivery or at an event. We're rolling in the sweets this morning at CWC. Cake rolls that is! 😋 I had the honor of making these yummy rolls of sweetness for a Teacher's Appreciation Day event. The first one is a white cake roll with vanilla buttercream filling, and covered in a white chocolate candy drip with colorful sprinkles. The second one is a chocolate swiss cake roll with a vanilla buttercream filling, and covered in a milk chocolate candy drip with mini chocolate chips. A special thank you going out to all the great teachers out there. Thank you for all you do! 😁

A Lightyear themed cake left the Cafe today. This is a 6", three layer high, marble flavored cake with buttercream filling and covering. The decorations were handmade out of fondant. And to top off the Lightyear theme, CWC had to add some purple lights for that extra bling. 🥳 Happy 4th Birthday Messiah!

Okay y'all, welcome to September!! And September here at the Cafe means the return of our popular pumpkin roll! This item will be on the menu from now until Thanksgiving.
It will also be one of the featured items at the Fall Festival at Southgate Crossing on October 7th. I'm going to have half roll sizes at the event along with single slice packages. When it's your special day and your favorite fur baby is your black cat. Well naturally you have to have a black cat cake. 🐈⬛❤️ This is a quarter size sheet cake made with three layers of white cake and layered throughout with CWCs signature vanilla buttercream. The black cat and butterfly silhouette is hand drawn and fluffed up with black buttercream. Loving the black and white contrast on this one! 🙂
This deliciously sweet gem is on its way to help a special someone celebrate their 77th birthday! This is an 8" round, four layer high, French vanilla cake. Layered throughout with a fluffy marshmallow buttercream and covered on the outside with CWCs signature vanilla buttercream. Three different levels of sweetness combined to make this one delicious birthday!! 😋🥳
Welcome to soccer season! These large 4" soccer ball sugar cookies are on their way to treat some adorable little soccer players. ❤️ They run their little hearts out on that field, so they deserve a special sweet treat! These adorably colorful cake pops and cupcakes left the cafe today. The cake pops are a triple chocolate cake covered in vanilla flavored candy and rainbow sprinkles. And the cupcakes are also a triple chocolate cake topped with a matching light pink frosting and rainbow sprinkles. The frosting is an extra sweet and creamy marshmallow buttercream. Happy Birthday, Skylar!! 🥳
Some pretty in pink cookies were up next for the Cafe. These are our large, 4" signature sugar cookies in a glittery pink onesie, beer mug, and flower covered baby diapers. Congratulations to the mama to be!! 🍼🥳
This is the weekend for baby showers! Starting with 75 of these adorable highland cow cupcakes. ❤️ Cute on the outside and delicious on the inside. The white cows are a vanilla raspberry flavor with real cooked raspberries swirled in a french vanilla cake. The brown cows are a triple chocolate peanut butter flavor. And the black and white are a cookies and cream flavor. Congratulations on your upcoming bundle of joy! 🍼🥳
Accompanying the fish sugar cookies was this pull apart cupcake cake. With the cartoon style fishing pole and chunky little fish, it's the perfect pairing for this birthday party. Along with an additional three dozen cupcakes in a mixture of vanilla and chocolate flavors and blue buttercream. (These will be topped off for the party with little bobber toppers that the customer had purchased.) All of these were also decorated with Watkins dye free food coloring.
