Valentines Day is just around the corner! And Cake Walk Cafe is happy to announce that we will be a part of the Valentine's Vendor Market at Southgate Crossing again this year! This was the first event that we ever did last year, and we had a blast doing it!! Looking forward to having a booth at this again on February 10th. Hope to see you all there! ❤️

And the first cookie birthday of the new year is on the books! These are CWC's large 4" sugar cookies decorated with our signature icing in beautiful baby blues and pale pinks. Happy Birthday, Missy! I hope you had a great day! 🥳

Introducing the first birthday cake of 2024! What better way to start the baking year than with these adorable characters. This is an 8" round, four layer high, combination cake. Meaning that each layer is baked as half vanilla and half chocolate. The best of both worlds in one cake. In between these delicious layers is a whipped cream frosting filling. The outside of the cake is covered in a whipped cream/marshmallow buttercream in a blue ombre of colors. Topped off with a white chocolate candy drip and an assortment of those lovable Toy Story characters. The Toy Story sign is an edible image on a sugar gum paste base. Congratulations Brantlee on being the first bday celebrated at CWC this year! Happy 3rd Birthday! 🥳

Only three more days left for 2023. And it's been one heck of a year for CWC! We have this week off to chill, reflect, and make plans for 2024. I couldn't be more thankful for the wonderful year that all of you have blessed us with! It still amazes me every year how much CWC has grown in such a short time. And it's all because of you, my awesome customers! New changes coming for us in 2024, so stay tuned! 😊

Today's the day! Delivery day for my remaining Christmas orders. And this folks, is what 360 butter cookies looks like.😋 Ten boxes of these went out the door today. Loving the popularity of these buttery spritz cookies this season! 🎄

And of course I had a few more batches of kieflies go out for Christmas. Thank you to all of you who shared in a favorite family tradition of ours this year! ❤️

And the best finish ever? Santa Clause himself! Officially ringing in the Christmas weekend. This is another 8" round, pineapple cake with whipped buttercream filling and real crushed pineapples. Decorated on the outside with a Santa face and a glittery red Santa hat. Hopefully y'all have been good enough this year to be getting a visit from the big man himself. 😉

And what better way to wrap up this busy Christmas week than with a couple of festive cakes? The first one is an 8" round pineapple cake with whipped buttercream filling and real crushed pineapple. Decorated outside with a giant Christmas tree, snowflakes and cute little penguins, it makes the perfect center piece for any Christmas party. 🎄

And here at CWC we also know how important our pups are to our families. So they deserve a special treat from Santa too. We have some large dog biscuits and some bite site treats on their way to some lucky pups. Our pup treats are made from all natural peanut butter, pumpkin, eggs, whole wheat flour, all things good and safe for your doggos. Even the icing is safe for them made from honey and corn starch. Merry Christmas furballs! 😁

And let's not forget CWCs extra fudgy delicious brownies! They are the ultimate sweet treat for the chocolate lovers at your Christmas celebration. 😋

Little Yoshi is quickly gaining popularity here at the Cafe. And he's not afraid to rock his Christmas spirit in his own adorable style on these cute sugar cookies. Putting them all side by side, they look like a Christmas quilt. 😁 With his buddy Mario helping him, these are sure to be a hit at the class birthday/holiday party tomorrow. 🥳🎁🎄

There was a snowman and reindeer parade that marched through the Cafe. These adorable little critters were on their way to brighten up some little ones' school day. The snowmen were a strawberry cupcake while the reindeer were a triple chocolate cupcake. Both decorated with a vanilla marshmallow creamy buttercream. Merry Christmas to all the kiddos out there starting their holiday break!! 🎄

Some Christmas sweet boxes went out today. Pictured here is a combo box of snickerdoodle cookies, M&M chocolate chip cookies, and extra fudgy brownie bites. The perfect variety of treats to satisfy that holiday sweet tooth craving. 😋

And for those of you who are eating healthy through the holidays, why should you feel left out of the sweet treat circle? We also had these goodie boxes go out today. These are the healthier version of the basic cookie variety box. These have gluten free, paleo chewy chocolate chip cookies and rich brownie bites. No white sugar or flour here! Made with coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond flour, and keto/paleo approved chocolate chips, these are the perfect way to indulge in the holiday sweet train without derailing all your hard work. 🎄

Elmo was in the house today! We love it when Elmo and his pals visit. This is a 10", four layer high, French vanilla cake layered with a marshmallow buttercream inside. Elmo's mouth is made from a sugar gum paste and fondant combination. His eyeballs and nose, however, are actually giant french vanilla cake pops. Just pull them out and they're already on the stick and ready to eat. 😋 Accompanying Elmo are a few of his close friends in a french vanilla cupcake. All faces were made by hand here in the cafe from sugar gum paste and chocolate.

The cutest Yoshi themed sugar cookies went out today to a very special someone. My grandson Armando's 6th birthday party. 💙 I had forgotten to get pictures before I bagged them, but here are a few from his party on display. Love ya Little Man, I'm so glad you were so excited over these! Yoshi's so cute I'm becoming a fan myself now. Haha

Chugga Chugga Two Two was the theme at the Cafe yesterday. My cookier Jessy was back in the cafe this past week to help crank out these adorable train themed sugar cookies! ❤️ Happy 2nd Birthday little one! 🥳

I had this sweet anniversary treat leave the cafe today. This is an 8" round, four layer high white cake, layered throughout and covered outside with CWCs signature vanilla buttercream. With a touch of gold accents and fluffy rosettes, it's the perfect addition to this celebration. Happy Anniversary to the lucky couple! 🥂

Some "naked" Christmas cookies left the Cafe today. I love being able to make these for the kiddos this time of year.
