Another one for Mother's Day: my traditional cupcake bouquets! These were both made with white cupcakes and my signature buttercream. Two bouquets with seven cupcakes each. One was pretty in pink and the other was sunshine yellow. These will always be a favorite of mine!
Also for Mother's Day, someone's lucky mom is getting CWCs new bento cake flavor: Lavender Lemon. This cake may be tiny, but it's packed with the most delicious flavor combo. A lemon flavored cake decorated in a lavender flavored buttercream with white buttercream rosebuds. Happy Mother's Day!
Mother's Day truffles were on the move today. Leaving the Cafe were CWCs Hazelnut Espresso Truffles. A crisp outer chocolate shell covering a rich chocolate center, with real espresso and hazelnuts inside.

Kicking off Nurse's Week with boxes full of chocolate chip cookies and snickerdoodles. These sweet treats went out to the awesome nurses (especially my girls Jessica Lynn Proctor and April Fraga) at Hubbard Hill in Elkhart today! Just a little something to say thank you for all you do! Soccer season is quickly approaching. And here at CWC we love making these ever popular soccer ball cookies! Our signature sugar cookies with our soft bite royal icing, all decked out in a classic bubble soccer ball design. A great addition to this soccer lover's birthday!
Remember the kiwi cupcakes I mentioned? Well here is what they came together to create. A Gary the Snail from Spongebob! A pull apart cupcake cake made with kiwi fruit cupcakes with vanilla buttercream. And judging by the big smile on the birthday boy's face in the last couple of pictures (he's right in the middle of all of my adorable littles), I think I nailed it! He loved his birthday/Easter combo party, and I was so happy to have played a little part in that. Wishing you a Happy 6th Birthday, Logan!
Get your sunglasses ready for this one! Golden bling as far as the eye can see on this 8", four layer high, white cake. Layered throughout and coated in CWCs signature vanilla buttercream. The gold drip on the top of the cake was made from scratch here in the cafe in a vanilla (with a hint of lemon) flavor. The cake was covered in edible 10k gold glitter for extra sparkle. And here's the added touch that makes this cake even more special: the golden ball decorations are not your basic styrofoam or plastic decor. These are actually fully edible because they are mini vanilla cake pops, each on its own mini cake pop sticks. Also made here in the cafe. Happy Birthday Riley!
It's that time of year everybody! CWC is taking orders for Easter. The last day for orders will be April 13th which is about 3 weeks away. We will have our popular, traditional lamb cakes again this year. Along with our favorite candy smash eggs, bunny butt cupcakes and brownies, baby chick mini cakes (the size of two cupcakes), and any and all varieties of Easter cookies. Also, stay tuned for a couple of new items that I will be posting soon. And, like always, you can send any of your ideas for your Easter sweets and CWC will make it happen. And the race is on at the Cafe this weekend! With Mario of course taking the win for this birthday celebration over Baby Bowser, Luigi, and Bowser. This is a two tiered, 8" on the bottom and a 6" on top, triple chocolate cake layered throughout with a marshmallow/maple creamy buttercream and covered on the outside with a vanilla buttercream. The perfect combinations to bring these flavors together into one sweet treat. The cars of course are real toys for an added present to play with long after the cake is gone. Happy Birthday!

And along with the party dino came some fossil cupcakes. These were a triple chocolate cake decorated with buttercream bones and crushed chocolate cookies for the "dirt". With one design being a sugar gum paste dinosaur claw sticking out of the dirt for the guests to dig out and eat. Happy Birthday, Jaycen!
And dinosaurs were in the house this weekend as well! This is a party dinosaur pull apart cupcake cake, made with 24 confetti cupcakes and decorated with CWCs signature buttercream.
The next birthday up was this football themed birthday! Football shaped sugar cookies with football cupcakes in vanilla and chocolate flavors topped off with whipped frosting. Happy Birthday, Aiden!
Tis the weekend for birthdays! First up was this Mickey Mouse themed birthday. CWCs sugar cookies in Mickey Mouse shapes personalized with the birthday boy's name and age. Along with Mickey himself: a hand drawn picture painted with edible paints. And accompanying these cookies were matching cupcakes in vanilla and chocolate flavors with whipped frosting. Happy Birthday Leo!
A very special order of sugar cookies went out today. Nurses of all levels are working harder than ever these days in these crazy times. So they deserve a shoutout in the sweetest form. These cookies are on their way to thank the nursing staff at Goshen Hospital today, but this thank you reaches out to all the hospitals, nursing homes, doctor's offices, etc. CWC takes these types of orders to heart since we have nurses in our family and friends that are nurses too. Thank you all for everything you do!
